On 18 January 2022 it was announced that Deren FC has entered into a partnership with the German SoccerLife Academy. National team defensive midfielder Mönkh-Orgil Orkhon is the first player to join the academy through the partnership. The deal was orchestrated by German CEO of Deren FC, Christian Wolf.

The SoccerLife Adademy was founded by German manager and former player Gert Engels and is based in the city of Düren, near Aachen and Cologne.

As part of the deal, at least four Mongolians from Deren FC will train at the German academy through 2024. The training will provide the players with an opportunity to be scouted and signed by German clubs while improving their abilities.

Mönkh-Orgil has been with Deren FC since 2014 and part of the Premier League squad since 2015. He was first called to the senior national team in 2017 and has since gone on to make nine appearances, including in the Blue Wolves' most recent match, a WCQ victory over Kyrgyzstan. His lone goal came against the Northern Mariana Islands in the 2018 EAFF Championship.

Mönkh-Orgil departed for Germany on the 29th of January, becoming one of the increasing number of Mongolians in Europe.
